  • Condition: Stanley Sweetheart No. 358 Frame No. 3 Size Mitre Box w Original Disston Handsaw. Disston handsaw has Beech handle with brass hardware in very good condition with chip at saw spine in front, coat of finish brushed on with drips and coated sawdust. Blade is 11 TPI, 26" long X 4 3/4 " wide under spine x 5 1/2" wide overall. Blade has no dents or dings is straight with virtually no rust or pitting. Blade is cutting fast and straight, cuts as a new saw and had virtually no use. Etch is visible and legible and strong with Stanley SW etch on blade, stamped Disston "etch" on spine. Mitre box is 21" wide x 17" tall x 14" deep and in excellent to unused condition with all parts intact, correct and functioning properly, bed board is replaced. Accessories include stock guides/hold tights and length stop for repetitive cuts. All parts function freely, properly and smoothly. Exceptional antique mitre box with original Disston saw.
